To ensure the reality of such a lofty goal, we provide a dedicated concierge-based approach, having a representative from Acquira made available to the AE from the beginning of their experience all the way through to the end. This agent serves as the primary contact for the AE. Any question or concern the AE may raise will be responded to by the Customer Experience Agent. Whether helping the AE navigate our training, to guiding them through the various programs we offer, the CEA will guide the journey and be there for encouragement and support.
