Explanation of Steps
- Sales Associate completes NDA form in PandaDoc for electronic signature.
- Sales Associate receives email notification of the completed electronically signed NDA and creates a new potential AEs folder within the Sales Team Accelerator+ Drive Folder using the naming convention of ‘Last Name.First Name.Accelerator+’. Once the folder is created the signed NDA is downloaded and stored in the Google Drive folder.
- Sales Associate emails the Acquira Accelerator+ Agreement to potential AE, and directs potential AE to create a business purchasing entity if they don’t already have one (LLC, Corp, etc), and to create a business bank account for this entity. This entity bank account will be used to pay the fee for the Accelerator+ in order for the SBA to use this expense as an “equity injection into the deal”.
- Sales Associate emails SBA Form 413/PFS to potential AE for completion and directs potential AE to complete a current relevant resume with a cover page addressing why they are a good fit for SBA. Sales Associate directs the potential AE to notify them when these items are complete.
- The Sales Associate is contacted by the potential AE notifying them that all items are complete, receives completed documents, and saves in the potential AEs folder within the Sales Team Accelerator+ Drive Folder using the naming convention of ‘Last Name.First Name.Document Name.
- The Sales Associate sends an email Introducing the potential AE and Alan Peterson at FIB with intent to receive an SBA approval in return.
- FIB’s SBA pre-approval email received by Sales Associate & AE. The Sales Associate saves in the potential AEs folder within the Sales Team Accelerator+ Drive Folder using the naming convention of ‘Last Name.First Name.SBA Pre-Approval.
- Sales Associate contacts the potential AE and schedules a call to complete an initial Investment Thesis.
- Sales Associate conducts a scheduled call to identify and complete an initial Investment Thesis including – geographic areas, business types, profitability expectations. The Investment Thesis is completed in a PandaDoc Template and emailed to the potential AE for electronic signature.
- Sales Associate receives acknowledgement of electronic signature on Investment Thesis, downloads the Investment Thesis, and stores in potential AE Google Drive Folder using the naming convention of ‘Last Name.First Name.Investment Thesis.
- Sales Associate prepares the Accelerator+ Agreement in PandaDoc and sends it to the potential AE for electronic signature.
- Sales Associate receives acknowledgment of electronic signature on Accelerator+ Agreement and follows process – phase transition / invoicing
- Sales Director confirms receipt of wired funds and notifies Sales Associate
- Sales Associate introduces AE to Customer Experience – cc Head of Accelerator (Andi), and Enrique (IT) who will transfer ownership of the AE data folder to M&A. Andi will add AE to ClickUp database:
