Objective
- To prepare an Investment Thesis with a potential Accelerator+ AE, prepare it in Panda for electronic signature and store it in the Accelerator+ AEs Google Drive Folder.
Begin
- The process begins when a potential Accelerator+ AE holds a call/meeting with an Acquira Sales Associate.
End
- The process ends when an executed Investment Thesis is stored in Google Drive.

Explanation of Steps
- Sales Associate conducts a scheduled call to identify and complete an initial Investment Thesis including – geographic areas, business types, and profitability expectations.
- Investment Thesis document is opened and Sales Associate discusses and completes all sections with the potential Accelerator+ AE. (Example Completed Investment Thesis)
- Before the call/meeting ends the Sales Associate validates with the potential Accelerator+ AE that the completed document is correct.
- Before the call/meeting ends the Sales Associate instructs the potential Accelerator+ AE that this document will be emailed to them for electronic signature, and that they should complete it promptly in order to move on to the next indicated step in the sales process.
- Sales Associate saves the completed Investment Thesis in the potential AEs created folder within the Sales Team Accelerator+ Drive Folder using the naming convention of ‘Last Name.First Name.Investment Thesis’
- Sales Associate logs into PandaDoc, chooses ‘Documents’ on the far left side, and then clicks the green ‘+New’ button in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and chooses ‘+Document’
- Sales Associate chooses ‘Google Drive’ under the left side heading of ‘Import From’ and navigates to the newly created Investment Thesis document. When asked to convert the document to an editable PandaDoc – choose ‘Skip’.
- On the next screen ‘Add Document Recipients’ Enter the Email, First Name, Last Name, and choose ‘Continue’.
- On the following page – if any form fields are recognized – choose ‘No Thanks’. Scroll to the bottom of the document and choose ‘Text Field’ under the Fillable Fields Section. Drag this Text Field over to align right of the ‘Print Name’ text in your document. Do the same with Signature, and Date.
- Click the green ‘Send’ button in the upper right of the screen, and choose ‘Send via Email’. Your document should already be named correctly, choose ‘Save and Continue’. On the following page choose the green ‘Send Document’ button in the lower right of the screen.
- On the ‘Document has been sent’ screen you may X out of the page.
- Sales Associate receives acknowledgement of electronic signature for Investment Thesis, downloads the Investment Thesis into the potential AEs created folder within the Sales Team Accelerator+ Drive Folder.
