Welcome Email #
- A Welcome Email is automatically sent to our new AEs once their payment is processed through Stripe, using Zapie.
Join Slack Workspace: #
- Have our AEs join our Slack Workspace using the link in the Welcome Email.
- If the previous link has expired, send a new one. To get the Slack Workspace link:
- Open the Acquira Support Slack channel:
- In the top left select the drop-down arrow beside the workspace title.
- Select “Invite people to slack workspace”
- In the bottom left select “Copy invite link”
Check Slack to see if they’ve joined and mark the ‘Join Slack Workspace’ subtask as completed if they have.
Calendly for Onboarding Calls #
- In the Welcome Email, our AEs will find a link to schedule their Onboarding Call with Chip: https://calendly.com/chipallen.
- Check ClickUp to see if the AEs have completed their Onboarding Call tasks.
- If not, please contact Chip to determine who has scheduled their Onboarding Call.
Add to ClickUp #
Please note that when a lead is tagged as “Send to ClickUp” in the “Add to ClickUp” field within Close, it will appear as ‘New’ under the AE List.
- Access ClickUp:
- Open ClickUp and navigate to the “Spaces” section.
- Navigate to “AE’s” and click on it.
- Access “AE Information”
- Within the “AE Information”, locate “AE List”
- Click on the “AE List” to view the list of AEs.
- Check for New AEs: When a new lead comes in, it will be categorized as “To Do” on the AE List.
- Create Task Lists for the AE:
- Head to “AE Tasks” and click the “+” button.
- Choose “Add from Template” and utilize the “AE Task Template”.
- Rename it with the client’s name and adjust the import as needed.
- Select to remap dates. Set today’s date as the start date and click on “Skip weekends”
- Mark the subtask as complete.
- Add AE as a Guest to the Task List:
- Navigate to the AE’s task list.
- To the right of their name select the 3 dots to open the options and select “Sharing and Permissions”.
- Enter the AE’s email, assign the role as a “Guest”, and customize permissions from “Full” change to “Edit”.
- Mark the subtask as complete.
- Assign Tasks to the AE:
- Filter the “Responsible” column as “AE”.
- Bulk-select on the tasks on the left-hand side.
- On the top, select the assignee.
- Select the AE’s name as the assignee to assign all the tasks.
- Mark the subtask as complete.
- Include AE as a Guest in the LMS List:
- Navigate to the “AETraining Answers” list.
- Access the AE’s LMS list, to the right of their name select the 3 dots to open the options and select “Sharing and Permissions.”
- Enter in the AE’s email, adjust permissions from “Full” change to “Edit”, and mark the task as complete.
- Add the AE to the Deal List:
- Open the deal space, access AE deals,
- Add the AE to their respective deal list, open the options, and select “Sharing and Permissions.”
- Enter in the AE’s email, adjust permissions from “Full” change to “Edit”, and mark the task as complete.
- Proceed to Add the AE to the Content Space:
- Enter the content repository space and configure sharing and permissions for view-only access.
- Repeat the process for AP calls and mark the task as done.
Add to Thinkific #
Note that the Software Technical Lead will add the new Accelerator’s access to Thinkific.
- Log in to your Thinkific account using 1Password. Find the credentials under “Acquira @ Thinkific” in the Power Editor vault.
- Begin by logging into your Thinkific admin dashboard.
- Access the Users Section:
- On the dashboard, you’ll find a sidebar menu. Click on “All Users”. This will take you to the user management area.
- Add a User:
- In the Users section, look for a “New User” button. Click on this to start the process of adding a new user.
- Enter User Details:
- You’ll be prompted to enter details about the user. This typically includes:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- User Role (student, site admin, course admin, etc.)
- Set Permissions (if applicable):
- Depending on the role you are assigning, you may need to set specific permissions or enroll the user in certain courses manually.
