Explanation of Steps #
- Confirm the transaction after the Sales Team closes the sale by tagging the “Add to ClickUp” field in Close. This triggers the creation of a new entry in the ClickUp AE List.
- Bookkeeping (Currently Head of the Accelerator) will send an email receipt to the Accelerator looping in the Sales Director and Doug Thorpe.
- Onboarding:
- Upon receipt of an Accelerator AE payment through Stripe, the Head of the Accelerator, Sales Director, and Software Technical Lead will be automatically notified via email. Acquira Bookkeeping will send an email with a receipt and payment details. New AE will also receive a personalized Welcome Email.
- Access to Thinkific and ClickUp: The Head of Accelerator provides access to ClickUp and will add the new Accelerator’s access to Thinkific.
- Onboarding Call: Accelerator AE schedules a call with a Success Coach (currently Chip Allen), using his Calendly link to ensure a smooth transition into the system, discuss where you find deals, what they are, how to manage, set clear expectations, and address any initial queries.
- Checkpoint – Check in to gather feedback from the AEs about the onboarding process and to confirm who has scheduled their onboarding call.
- The Head of Accelerator oversees the completion of the Thinkific Training Module and tasks in ClickUp.
- After the AE Investment Thesis Submission is completed in Thinkific, The Head of Accelerator sets up an Airtable view filtered by the AE’s State of Interest to gather data from Dealtrain Following this setup, configure a Zap in Zapier to transfer the loaded deals from Airtable, filter them by the AE’s name, and direct the selected deals to ClickUp, organizing them within the dedicated folder for each AE.
- Deal Discovery and Outreach: On-market Deals Available – Success Coach checks in to see progress in reaching out to brokers, evaluating opportunities, and ideally having initial conversations with sellers, about how outreach is going.
- If there needs to be more success in identifying deals and outreach efforts, consider promoting an upgrade to Accelerator+ with the help of the Sales Team.
- AP Calls: Dante Miyamoto will send weekly invites to AEs. Save the AP Call – Bubbles Notetaker recording, hosted on You tube and posted to the AP Calls Channel.
- Investment Committee Call: The AE will prepare and schedule a call with Success Coach to attend an Investment Committee call. If AE hasn’t scheduled an IC call, the Success Coach will remind them to schedule one, and check in to understand any issues or delays they might be facing..
- Workshop: After presenting their first Investment Committee presentation, AE will be invited to join a live workshop covering the steps from submitting your LOI to closing the deal. The Workshop Coordinator will send the invite to our eligible AEs.
- LOI Phase: The Success Coach will continue monthly check-ins until the AE has completed the IC and/or has a countersignedsigned LOI.
- Countersigned LOI: Introduction to TAS / Self-Guided Close:
- Success Coach will keep up monthly check-ins until the deal is finalized.
- Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) will be introduced to the AEs.
